The shirt is beautiful, lovely print, colours and material. The cuffs have one side smooth and the other with elastic so you can push up the sleeves and they stay out. Bought a S, usually wear a M in this brand. There didn't appear to be a huge difference in the S and M except for me the sleeves were too generous and marginally larger across the back.
